In 2014, three parents, all of whom have children with severe disabilities, came together with an idea. We formed a support group so we could access activities together and support each other. Very quickly, this grew and we now support around 100 families that access our activities.
High Five still operates on the same ethos we had five years ago. We are a not-for-profit, multi-disability volunteer-led support group for families who have a child with a severe learning disability.

In October 2018, High Five acquired an office (Suite 15) at Railway House, Railway Road, Chorley. This professional space provides excellent activities and beneficial neighbours such as Chorley FM.
